My Work Experience at KEHSIA 

As a 15-year-old student from the European School of Luxembourg II, my experience at KEHSIA was my very first internship. Since I plan to pursue university studies in the domains of economics and management, I felt that this organisation would reflect my career choices and hopes for the future the best. KEHSIA is a wide network of very diverse stakeholders, so it was truly a remarkable opportunity for me to expand my knowledge, gain new skills and work in a motivating environment on causes that do matter and make a difference.

Luxembourg – June 2025 – Launched on June 1st, 2025, and running for 21 months until February 2027, the RE.W.I.N.D. WOMEN project aims to challenge persistent gender stereotypes through creative, immersive, and participatory approaches that empower young people across Europe. Aligned with the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, the project brings together six committed organisations from five European countries, combining expertise in education, youth work, art, and civic engagement.

     The project is coordinated by Associazione L’ISOLA CHE C’E’, based in Rome, Italy. It brings together a consortium of five expert organisations: KEHSIA asbl (Luxembourg), PYLON ONE (Greece), DCTR – Associação Cultural (Portugal), and Skill Hub (Italy). Each partner contributes specific expertise, from educational live-action role-play (LARP) and artistic communication to citizen science, youth empowerment, and cultural activism.
