CHALLENGING GENDER STEREOTYPES

Gender stereotypes shape career choices, self-perception, and societal expectations. RE.W.I.N.D. WOMEN aims to challenge these biases through immersive learning, encouraging young participants to critically reflect on gender roles and their impact on society.

ART AS A TOOL FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

Art is a powerful medium for communication and awareness. Through graphic novels, posters, and artistic workshops, RE.W.I.N.D. WOMEN provides young people with creative tools to reinterpret gender representation, fostering a more inclusive and diverse public discourse.

INNOVATIVE LEARNING THROUGH LARP

The project utilizes Educational LARP (EDULARP)—an immersive role-playing methodology—to help participants experience different perspectives on gender. By stepping into new roles, they break down unconscious biases and develop empathy, making learning both engaging and transformative.

WHAT WE DO

Aligned with the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, RE.W.I.N.D. WOMEN is deeply committed to challenging gender stereotypes and fostering awareness through immersive and artistic methods. With a strong emphasis on gender equality, inclusivity, and youth empowerment, the project enables young participants to critically reflect on societal norms and contribute to a more diverse and equitable public narrative.

Participants will engage in Educational Live Action Role-Playing (EDULARP), where they will embody different perspectives on gender roles, challenging unconscious biases and promoting empathy. This interactive and experiential approach provides a unique opportunity to understand and question gender stereotypes in real-world contexts.

To further amplify the project’s impact, participants will create graphic novels and artistic posters, offering a visual reinterpretation of women’s representation in public spaces. By merging art, education, and activism, RE.W.I.N.D. WOMEN fosters a new visual language that empowers young people to reshape gender narratives and advocate for societal change.
