As a communication student in University Lyon 3 in France, I was looking for more than just a typical internship. I wanted to apply my skills in a meaningful environment. That is exactly what I found at Kehsia.
A supportive and creative work environment
I felt truly welcomed and supported. I was lucky to meet amazing colleagues, passionate about their work and always willing to share their knowledge and energy. Throughout my internship, I had a great level of creative freedom. I was able to manage my own schedule, explore my ideas, and shape the visual identity of the content I worked on with real autonomy.
My main responsibilities involved creating visual content, including designs for social media, communication materials, and events. I also worked on video editing and contributed to the layout and design of various resources. I also represented Kehsia at various events.

I had the opportunity to attend meetings and follow the progress of collaborative projects involving various NGOs. This allowed me to observe how multi-partner initiatives are developed, especially within the framework of EU co-funded projects. It was a valuable learning experience that helped me better understand how international cooperation works in practice.

Engaged and inspiring moments
One of the most rewarding aspects of this internship was the opportunity to take part in events and workshops that deeply resonated with me. They addressed topics I care about and want to stay actively involved in, such as gender equality, youth empowerment, sustainable development, and civic participation.
This internship was much more than just a professional experience. It helped me grow on a personal level, gain confidence in my abilities, and strengthen my desire to use communication as a tool for social impact. I am grateful to the entire team at Kehsia for their trust and support.
I leave with new ideas and the motivation to keep contributing to causes that matter to me.
