MY INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE AT KEHSIA

During my internship at KEHSIA, I had the opportunity to join an organization dedicated to promoting social innovation, civic participation and the empowerment of women and young people through concrete projects and activities focused on skills development, inclusion and social impact.

I had the chance to work alongside passionate professionals who were always willing to share their knowledge, encourage new ideas and support me throughout my tasks.

Throughout my internship, I was involved in a wide range of activities that allowed me to develop new professional skills, such as:

  • content creation and management for communication channels, including social media and informational materials
  • graphic design and video editing, which gave me creative autonomy and responsibility in producing visual and communication assets
  • participation in and representation of KEHSIA at events, workshops and project meetings, offering firsthand insight into how international collaborations and initiatives are developed.

These responsibilities not only strengthened my practical skills, such as using digital communication and management tools, but also taught me how to work effectively in an international environment.

The flexibility and trust placed in me allowed me to manage my time responsibility, balancing creativity with organizational discipline. This work dynamic helped me build greater self-confidence and a stronger sense of responsibility.

I was able to observe how social, educational and cultural projects are closely intertwined with innovation and active citizen participation.

This internship went beyond the development of technical skills: it offered me a new perspective on the role that communication and international collaboration can play in creating real social impact.
